Favorite Breakfast: Kix cereal, fat-free milk & a peanut butter, Pure Protein bar - or - whole wheat waffles with fresh fruit.

Favorite Lunch: A Boca, veggie burger with swiss cheese on a Flatout wrap, A red delicious apple, and sweet, baby carrots - or - a peanut butter and banana sandwich on honey, wheat bread with baby carrots.

Favorite Snack: A Paradise Point smoothie ( strawberries, bananas and pineapple ), from Tropical Smoothie Cafe - or - watermelon!
Favorite Dinner: Ruby Tuesday's Spaghetti Squash Marinara ( spaghetti squash, zucchini, parmesan and marinara sauce ) - or - Tacos, vegetarian style.

Favorite Dessert:  Low sugar, chocolate ice cream bars - or - chocolate chip cookies ( a guilty pleasure :] ).

Favorite Candy: Tootsie Rolls  - or - gummy bears - or - Peanut M&M's ( last two: a guilty pleasure :] ).

Favorite Drink: Water - or - Diet Mt. Dew - or - low sugar lemonade.

Favorite Restaurant: Subway - or - Crispers.
