Fiber One 80 Calories - Honey Squares!

(Click photos to enlarge.)

The Facts: Calories/ 80. Total Fat/ 1g. Sodium/ 140 mg.
Carbohydrates/ 12g. Sugar/3g. Protein/ 1g.

Price: Around $3.48. This is slightly more than it's chocolate version, which usually is priced at 2.99.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup. ( But at 80 cal. I add just a little more :] )

Taste: Amazing! :) It has a very strong taste of honey and  a hint of cinnamon ( to myself ); although, cinnamon is not listed as a flavor.

Consistency: Crunchy!

Convenience: Tastes great dry or with milk. :)

Nifty Tips:

- I often mix mine with Cheerios and it is very similar to Honey Nut Cheerios. :)

Find Me At: You can find it at most grocery locations; I buy mine from Wal-Mart.

Swirl Bread - Blueberry!

(Click photos to enlarge.)

(  Not a full loaf. :] )

The Facts: Calories/ 120. Total Fat/ 2.5g. Sodium/ 135 mg.
Carbohydrates/ 21g. Sugar/8g. Protein/ 3g.

Price: $2.98

Serving Size: 1 slice. This is a little of con, as I myself would usually have two pieces instead of one. However, if balanced with the rest of your daily intake, it is a pretty good alternative for a heavier blueberry bread.

Taste: Sweet, but not too sweet. The cinnamon and blueberries are equally strong in flavor.

Consistency: Very soft and thick; the blueberries and cinnamon are spread well throughout.

Convenience: Easy to prepare toasted, warm or cool. :)

Nifty Tips:

- I like mine best either chilled, or microwaved for 10 seconds. :)

Find Me At: Publix, Target or Wal-Mart with the other sandwich breads or in the dairy section, near the chilled bagels. (I've seen it stocked both places.)

Puffins Cereal - Peanut Butter!

(Click photos to enlarge.)

The Facts: Calories/ 110. Total Fat/ 2g. Sodium/ 230 mg.
Carbohydrates/ 23g. Sugar/6g. Protein/ 3g.

Price: This one is a bit of a splurge ( however, I personally felt it was worth the treat ). I purchased mine at Publix, for $4.99.

Serving Size: 3/4 Cup. ( I upped mine to a full cup size. :] )

Taste: Overall, really good! If eaten dry, the taste is of a very strong peanut butter, followed by a wheat-like flavor ( like the taste of shredded wheat cereal - I was not 100% fond of this, but it is definitely not bad. ); however, if eaten with milk, the wheat flavor fades and it is mostly peanut butter. :)

Consistency: The consistency is very thick and crunchy. ( Quite similar to Captain Crunch! ) Surprisingly, the pieces are pretty big in size, which is a plus, flavor-wise. :)

Convenience: Just add milk!

Nifty Tips:

- I let my mine mix well with the milk; the pieces do not get soggy like some cereals do. ( Plus! ) This made the taste even better. :)

Find Me At: Publix, with the other cereals, or in the organic section, depending on your store.

Dole Shakers - Strawberry!

(Click photos to enlarge.)

The Facts: Calories/ 90 ( without juice ). Total Fat/ 2g. Sodium/ 35 mg. Carbohydrates/ 17g. Sugar/12g. Protein/ 3g.

Price: $1.50 - $1.77

Serving Size: 1 container.

Taste: Very good! Strong taste of strawberry and subtle flavor of the yogurt.

Consistency: Thickness can be adjusted by the amount of juice added; the top is frothy, but the rest is a smooth consistency.

Convenience: Very simple and quick; little preparation. :)

Nifty Tips:

-Orange juice is suggested, however, I used the Diet V8 Fruit Infusions, in order to reduce calories/sugar. ( Tasted great! :] )

- My smoothie took about 10 minutes to defrost instead of 5; I then needed to crush the fruit and yogurt before adding the juice, as suggested. Be sure to scrape all sides and bottom of container to get all of the fruit and yogurt loosened. :)

Find Me At: I purchased mine at Wal-Mart, in the frozen section.
